We are looking for a motivated Norwegian Customer Support Agent with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. We are a growing company with a young and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of brands.
- Handling chats in a timely and customer centric fashion
- Replying to emails in a professional manner
- Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
- Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
- Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction
What you already have:
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken alongside good English skills
- Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally
- A positive attitude
